My Red Wings got beat up good at work this week, but my feet were totally fine. They took some hard hits and still felt solid by the end of the day. No complaints so far

I ordered a pair of Red Wings online after checking the size against an old pair I already had. The site was straightforward to use, and checkout was simple... no weird issues or anything like that.

I got the shipping email the next day, and the boots arrived packed well. They fit right, nothing was damaged, and honestly, it was just a smooth order all around. I’d definitely buy this way again

It was helpful overall, but a few details were missed. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to go back and figure out what was missing felt a bit frustrating. Still, it did help me get mostly what I needed.

Found my boot size quick and checking out was smooth. The filters helped a lot, honestly. Only thing was a couple pages loaded kinda slow, but overall it was fine.

These boots are tough and feel well made. The soles are wearing down a little faster than I expected, but overall they’ve been good.

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering these boots: I ended up having to exchange mine for a half size up. The exchange process itself was simple, and customer support got back to me within a day, so that part was fine. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, though. Not a huge problem in the end, but definitely something to keep in mind if you need them by a certain date.

No weird payment issues, tracking worked fine, and overall I’d order from them again.

The stitching on mine started coming apart way too fast. Whoever put this thing together must’ve been a total hack, because the craftsmanship just didn’t hold up at all

My boots showed up later than expected, which had me a little worried at first. I kept checking the tracking for reassurance, and thankfully it was updating well, so I at least knew they were still on the way. Not ideal timing, but they did arrive in the end.

The first day they were a little stiff, but not in a painful way, just that usual break-in feel. After wearing them a few times, they started getting really comfortable, especially when I’m on my feet all day at work. Compared to some other work boots I’ve tried, these feel more solid and my feet don’t feel nearly as beat up when I get home. Happy with them so far.

It does look kind of bulky to me, but I think it really depends on where you’re using it. In a bigger space it probably wouldn’t stand out much, but on a smaller desk or shelf it can feel a little oversized.

I bought these thinking they’d hold up for a good while, but the stitching started coming loose after maybe a few weeks or so. For what they cost, that’s disappointing. I’m not exactly putting them through anything crazy either, just normal use. I guess I expected better from Red Wing.

The boots feels solid overall, and I do still wear them a lot. The traction just isn’t quite what I thought it would be. On dry ground they works fine, but on wet pavement or smooth floors, they can get a little slippery. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, just kinda average for the price. I still like them, I’m just more careful when it rains.

I had to use the warranty on my Red Wings, and it was kind of a mixed experience. Like, they did eventually take care of it, so I can’t really complain too much, but the whole thing felt a little slower than I expected. The first response took a while, and then I had to send pictures twice, which was a bit annoying because I thought I’d already covered everything the first time. Once everything finally got sorted out, they were polite and helpful, and the issue did get handled. So yeah, not a terrible experience or anything, just not as smooth as I was hoping for, especially with boots that cost this much.

I ordered my usual size again and they fit just like my last pair. No surprises, just the same comfortable fit I was expecting.

The shoes were packed well, I think. The outer box had one corner that was a little scuffed up, but the boots themselves were totally fine, so I can’t really complain too much. There wasn’t any weird extra wrapping or mess, just simple and secure packaging. I probably would’ve given it 5 stars if the box had looked a bit cleaner when it arrived

Really solid experience overall. The staff were professional but not pushy at all, which I appreciated. I had a bunch of questions about sizing, and they actually took the time to walk me through everything without making me feel rushed. My order was handled quickly, and the receipt and email updates were clear and easy to follow. Just felt like a normal, well-run store that knows what it’s doing.

I got fitted in the store and the whole thing was super simple. They measured me, helped me pick the right size, and I could just tell the boots were a good match as soon as I tried them on. They fit perfectly.
